DON'T THROW OUT THAT TOBACCO!...Yet. We know quitting smoking or chewing tobacco can be tough. That's why our classes ease you into quitting. For the first three weeks, before you toss out your tobacco, our skilled, certified facilitators will be helping you identify the situations when you are most likely to reach for a cigarette or dip, and then give you the skills and motivation to successfully quit. They will help you create a plan to deal with any withdrawal effects you may experience. They will assist you in tackling any cravings that hit, or handling stressful situations that come along. They can answer your questions about using nicotine patches, gum, lozenges or Zyban and help determine what is right for you. They will be there to support and guide to successfully quit.

AFTER YOU QUIT, we'll continue to help you by providing stress reduction methods, fitness tips and other support throughout the entire six weeks. You'll learn how to you can stay quit without weight gain and how to create lasting changes in your life. YOU CAN LIVE WITHOUT TOBACCO!
