  Financial Operations is responsible for the administration of contracts and grants, the preparation of the budget, financial and accounting operations and payroll processing.
Green Button General Services coordinates the procurement of medical supplies, office supplies and equipment.
Green Button Provides pickup and delivery of interdepartmental mail and distribution services within various department offices and locations.
Green Button Stores and delivers vaccines & other biological goods as needed
  Health Planning Services and Health Planning and Statistics has five major tasks.

  Vital Records produces reports and provides:
Green Button Certified copies of birth, death, and fetal death certificates
Green Button Verifies births & deaths to governmental agencies
Green Button Computer generated birth certificates to Pima County residents
Green Button Monthly & annual reports of births, deaths & fetal deaths for Pima county residents
  Mobile Health Services delivers health programs to Pima County residents where availability to health care is compromised.
  Personnel is responsible for:
Green Button Interpret and implement all Pima County Merit System Rules & Personnel Policies
Green Button Equal Employment Opportunity and the Americans with Disabilities Act
Green Button Review of all departmental personnel and disciplinary actions
Green Button Provide administrative support in hiring, interviews, exit interviews & benefits issues
  Tobacco-Free Ways is Pima County Health Department's Tobacco Education and Prevention Program. This program is funded by a grant from the Arizona Department of Health Services using a portion of the Tobacco Tax approved by voters in 1994.
