ANNOUNCEMENTS

The next team meeting is scheduled for Saturday September 11th 2010 at 08:30 at the UA College of Pharmacy. DRIVING DIRECTIONS are available on the MEETINGS page.

Current Recruitment Efforts: A deployable DMAT consists of 35 physicians, nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, other healthcare and support personnel. Team members must be physically fit, available for immediate deployment and capable of working in an austere environment for at least two weeks. Many of the positions require specialized skills or licensure and are not interchangeable. Our team goal is to fill each position three to four deep to assure a complete team is always available to meet short notice activations for deployment. We currently have over 100 rostered team members. Our current recruitment needs include physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, and nurse practitioners. Other health and support personnel please contact SUE NEWBERRY before completing an application.

(There are more team photo albums on the RESOURCES page)
