Q. I need health insurance and don't qualify for AHCCCS, what can I do?

Q. I need to see a doctor and have no insurance, can you see me?
A. No, the Pima County Health Department provides no appointments of that nature. Please contact El Rio Health Center at (520) 792-9890 or St. Elizabeth's of Hungary Clinic at (520)628-7871.

Q. I want a license to open a daycare center or adult daycare center, can you help me?
A. No, you will need to contact the Arizona Health Services, Department of Licensure at (520) 628-6965.

Q. Do you give CPR classes?
A. No, you will need to contact the American Red Cross at (520) 318-6740 ext. 100, the American Heart Association at (520) 795-1486 or your local fire department.

In addition, the Red Cross also offers classes in first-aid, pet first-aid, for professional rescuers, and babysitter's training. Classes are also offered in Spanish. For more information contact them at (520) 318-6740 or visit their website www.redcrossarizona.org.

Q. I need to prove paternity, can you do that?
A. No, you will need to contact a private laboratory.

Q. I want to make a complaint against a Doctor, can you take that?
A. No, you will need to contact the Board of Medical Examiners at 1-877-255-2212.

Q. Where can I get my EMT/Paramedic Certification?
A. Contact the Arizona Health Services, Department of Licensure at (520) 628-6965.

Q. I need to make a complaint regarding pigeons.
A. There is no government agency that has any regulatory control over pigeons. However, if you know someone is feeding the pigeons within the city limits, you can contact the City Prosecutor's Office at (520) 791-4104

Q. My work space is a health hazard; I want to make a complaint.
A. Contact OSHA at (520) 628-5478.

Q. I have a cockroach problem and my landlord isn't doing anything about it. What should I do?
