Attention Food Vendors & Event Coordinators
A NEW packet for Temporary Food Services will be available for food vendors and event coordinators.

The new packet includes: Updated application ◊ Easy to follow guidelines ◊ Simple checklist to meet Food Code requirements.
A temporary food establishment permit is REQUIRED from the Health Department to prepare and serve food at events or celebrations open to the public. Old applications will not be accepted.

Permit Fees Increase Effective July 1, 2009
Consumer Health and Food Safety
On April 14, 2009, the Pima County Board of Supervisors adopted fee increases for permits for food establishments, public and semi-public pools, lodging
facilities, and mobile home and RV parks. View the new fee schedule.
Important Change Food vendors requesting temporary event food permits must submit their
permit applications 14 days before the date of the event. Permit applications
received less than 14 days before the event will have a late fee applied. The
late fee will be added to the fee for the temporary event food permit.
