from the Centers for Disease Control and the Arizona Department of Health Services that the
measles case count has now reached 20. Cases 18, 19, and 20 are in infants ranging in age from

City & County Urge Safe Home Needle Disposal Over the past year, recycling facility employees have been injured by needles that were improperly placed with other recyclables. In addition to the resulting physical injury, the employees are at risk of infection from viruses such as HIV and Hepatitis.

Viral hepatitis is inflammation of the liver caused by a virus. There are five identified types of viral hepatitis and each one is caused by a different virus. In the United States, hepatitis A, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are the most common types. Most people infected won't show symptoms for periods of time.
