Well Child Check-Ups Program

Well Child Clinics are for children from birth to the sixth birthday who are not covered by any type of insurance, including AHCCCS, or whose insurance coverage does not include well child care. Services provided include assessing the child’s growth and development, physical exam, select lab tests and immunizations. PCHD well child clinics are Reach Out and Read sites and children receive an age appropriate book to take home from the clinic visit. There is an administration fee for any immunizations received, but no child will be turned away for immunizations, based on ability to pay.
