How it Works: Twitter is a free service that allows people to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick short messages via cell phone text (SMS messages) or Twitter account.
Stay current with PCHD program events, such as the STD/HIV clinic, Pima Animal Care, Volunteering, and Family Planning.
Message topics include program events, press releases, volunteer opportunities, health awareness, etc.
Send messages to other users and friends from your cell phone.
Joining: Visit http://www.Twitter.com and create an account. After account is created, visit https://twitter.com/PCHD and click "follow user" to start receiving messages through your profile.
To receive phone messages text from your cell phone, text
"follow pchd" to 40404
(standard carrier charges apply)

Facebook Social Networking

How it Works: Facebook is a social utility that helps people communicate more efficiently with their friends, family and coworkers. Facebook allows you to share your messages, calendar, pictures, and more with your friends and family.
Do you have a Facebook account? Stay current with PCHD events and program updates such as Back-To-School Immunization and STD/HIV clinic locations and times.
Message topics include program events, press releases, volunteer opportunities, health awareness, etc.
Share PCHD information with family and friends including calendars, pictures, press releases, and posters.
Joining: Visit http://www.facebook.com and create an account. After account is created, visit our PCHD page and click "Become a Fan" to start receiving messages through your profile.

Bookmarking & Sharing Pages 
How it Works: If you would like to bookmark or recommend a page with others, hover over the Share image located on the website's left navigation menu.
Add to ( ) browser favorites or ( ) email the page to a friend.
If you have social media accounts ( ) you may add the page address to your status or message posts.
More social media sites can be used by clicking on the more icon
